- Check-in time: from 14:00 pm to 19:30 pm unless otherwise arranged
- Check-out time: strictly 10:00 am
House Rules
- Regrettably no pets allowed (Small lapdogs can be arranged prior booking)
- Regret no children
- No smoking in the bedrooms
- Smoking allowed on patio or deck where we supply ashtrays.
- No collecting of wood on the lodge or in the reserve, please bring own
charcoal, wood for sale at reception. - As we are a quiet bush lodge for people enjoying the sounds of the bushveld, no playing of music, loud partying or noisy gatherings is allowed on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival a 10% fee of the total accommodation will apply
- If cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival a 50% fee of the total accommodation will apply
- If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival or In the event of an early departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
