What to Bring

Self Catering

Self catering means that you are being provided with accommodation that has facilities to allow you to cook and cater for yourselves whilst at IKhaya LamaDube. You are NOT provided with a meal by the establishment owners or property owners during your stay, but you have been given all you need to cater for yourselves.


What to Bring

Please bring the following items with you:

  • Your own groceries and meat
  • Liquids and drinks
  • Coffee, tea, sugar, milk
  • Swimming Towels
  • Insect repellents
  • Warm clothes for those colder nights
  • Cameras
  • Torch
  • Hats
  • Wrap blankets for around the fire (iKhaya LamaDube bedding not to leave the unit)
  • Own toiletries


Servicing of Units

iKhaya LamaDube offers self service units. We have staff members on hand to assist with cleaning at an additional cost of R 50 per unit per day Should you require this service, let us know and we will add it onto your quote.
